Tomas is a co-founder of ETW s.r.o. He is responsible for the company's finances, investments and growth plans. He developed discipline and perseverance during his involvement in the German American Football League. Thanks to one of his teammates, he got a behind-the-scenes look at his family's potato empire and the amount of plastic waste generated by its operations, among other things. His subsequent work in a logistics company only confirmed his idea of running his own business.

He actively spends his free time with his family and enjoys travelling. He continues to keep physically fit by playing American football.
